Bought this in May 2017, and it has been a pretty good phone for the past 3 years. I've droped it (with case, no screen protector) and it has landed screen-side down on many occasions on many surfaces (including concrete). It still doesn't have so much as a scratch on it.
My only "problem" (still giving 5 stars as this is expected) is about a year ago my phone began shutting down with "low battery" at 30%, later it would do it at 40% then 60%.....when it began doing it at 75%+, I wasn't sure if it was *the phone* or the battery so I got a cheapy replacement ($11) and that fixed the problem for a week or so, but then it began doing it with the new battery but even more random (I'm convinced the problemis with the cheap battery not being an authentic LG battery but rather the equivalent of a dollar tree battery....it gets the job done but it's not a Duracell).
I'm venturing into the iPhone world, so this LG will likely either become my 10 year old's "gaming" phone (most likely) or be put up until she is ready for a new smartphone / to join my plan on metropcs (less likely as I don't see that in the near future, so by the time I feel she's ready to be on my plan, I can just get her a new phone since this one will still need a new battery).
Before deciding to try out an iPhone, I initially looked into newer models of the LG to buy just because this phone has been so good over the years.

I bought this phone and it lasted me 5 years with no problems. I hate I cannot find another one or service dealer. Easy for anyone to use and the keyboard is great for people work limited vision.

I refuse to pay for expensive phones. I get the cheapest phone I can, every time, and that's why I got this phone. It's junk. It will break. Even the firmware is unstable. I can't connect to 4G at all. Thanks for nothing LG.

I got this phone a month ago and it's a decent phone a lil laggy and could use a better camera, other than that its great really tough phone I've dropped it several times and did not hurt it....
